"Outlaw Rays is definitely one of my go to spots. I drive from the Galleria area at least once a week to hangout. The wings are AMAZING, Jordan had me try the cheesesteak pizza and I'm a fan of that as well. Jordan is an awesome bartender, super attentive, and always great conversation. Tamara is another favorite of mine there."
